This is quite close to being good. I like the color. Something about the lighting I think is holding it back and it's not quite sharp enough IMO. Right idea...just missed by a smidgen. :)

I find the color and lacklustre lighting overwhelms the photograph, as well the focus is a bit scatter shot and not well defined.

I like the choice of subject matter - the different visual textures of the flower are very eye-catching.

Really beautiful. The blues and the flower are stunning. I love the composition as well. I think the narrow dof hurt this shot because the flower coming into the foreground is oof and very distracting since it isn't in focus like the rest of it.
