The cool toning initially catches my attention. Not sure at first why, so I look longer and get drawn in by the composition, bokeh and graduated light. Kept me looking.. in a good way.

Excellent duotone, maybe just a tad overexposed. white on a dark background almost always needs to be shot in manual mode.
