 Hope y'all aren't getting sick of pictures of my baby.

This was a photo I had already processed in color.

I increased red, magenta, yellow saturation.
Did the Move the Light idnic method on the eyes and pupils to make them more pronounced.
Desaturated and added contrast
Then I went over it with USM one more time and it got super sharp - a little too crass, so I added just a touch of gaussian blur to soften it up a bit.


Since there is much issue taken with the white specks, let me explain: My black cat Cosima is 16 years old and those are white hairs. I thought about cloning them out, but since the fur has a jillion different tones, I decided against it.

I love the in-your-faceness of this image! Cosima does look a bit annoyed with you for jamming the camera in her face, however :-)

I guess I don't find this scary at all; I've had a real live view of a cat from this perspective (woke up with them sleeping near my head enough times); to me it screams of the comfort and ease of a cat's life.

omg omg .. this is SCAREY!!! .. those eyes are something else ... i reckon your cat would eat our little fox terrier!!! .. well it looks like it in this photograph .. :)

This is your cat? Dang, beautiful! I love cats, and this perspecitive and those eyes! Glad it's not Friday the 13th, I'd think I'd been had! Awesome image, again! Way to go!
