| Great perspective, I'd clone out that light or crop it out. Great shot for the ISO and speed setting. |

Nice and grainy - not surprising given the iso. I see your at 1/15 sec and still really didn't get much blur, you may want to think about adding a bit in PS which would make this a bit more dramatic. I'd also think about making the blacks darker (ie the sky) and finally I would either clone or crop the light at the top of the photo.

| Dramtic shot, I like the converging lines of the street lights and the grainy almost eerie feel this gives me. Great stuff!!! |
