Very good shot and score! I very much like the monochrome and like the runners in the back right. You captured the intensity and solitude in the faces of the two in front well. Nicely done.

Bob, big congrats on your 6+ score!!!! I didn't vote in this challenge, but would have given you a very good marks. The DOF, emotive, and b&w conversion are all very well done.

Wow. This is excellent. The dof is perfect. I think your choice of tones keeps this from being too busy, and I like how it treats the light that's coming at them from the side. Big congrats!

Excellent photo, bad conversion to black and white. Your blacks are not black and your whites are gray. Like I told another photo that I rated, I would like to see this one in color.

Nice sharp capture of the two runners, and those in the background complete it. I'm curious why they're in such an outside lane, though.

BUmped to a 5 from a 4. COntrast is a little low on this IMHO.

I like this...the depth of field is nice, but I think the conversion to duotone might have washed out the exposure a tad. Perhaps a boost in levels would have lifted the contrast to cover for this...
