I was on my way to Palm Springs and stopped right on a freeway to catch the sky. Very little post processing. Desaturated in CS2 raw converter, curves and some dodging and burning on the sky.

I LOVE this! I think its the repeating pattern of the posts combined with the...random?...pattern of the blades. Excellent photo.

i love the sense of symmetry here. Love that the windmills contrast well against the dark tones of everything else. This has got to be a cool thing to see, with the mountains and windmills in a setting like this.

Nice high contrast shot. Good job on the sky too. Enhanced the ominous look without going overboard.

This is a fantastic shot! I have some of those from my travels through CA. Great angle and composition. I would like to see a little more contrast - or something. It seems to grayish overall - to me, of course. :o)

Everytime I've been in the vacinity of these beautiful graphic items it's been way too dark to get a shot. Glad you've had better luck. They are so stunning and so environmentally friendly too.

These windmills lend themselves so nicely to b&w, and the lines are nicely seen and captured. I'm wondering if there might be even one notch too much contrast here? Not really a criticism, though, more of a musing. I like this one very much.

what a great perspective for this - the choice of high contrast to bring out the windmills is really nicely done - even if it is from natural light!

This is wonderful! I love how white the windmills are against the dark mountains and sky.

very nice, great contrast! I always mean to take shots of those things, but I still haven't gotten around to it.
