I enjoy the creepy branches here. But, the rest leaves me at a loss. |

those brances are so dramatic and i love the design they create ... it took me a while to understand what is going on in the rest of the image ... my thought is that you are down very low and the foreground is actually grass or a path, leading into the stand of trees/bushes .. i could be totally wrong, but even so the contrasts between the branches and the rest of the image, in texture is excellent, and i love the play of light going on .. love those squiggly, just about silhouetted branches, they have so much movement ...

A strange picture, hard to figure out where you're looking from. Wide angle lens explains it. :) The branches against the sky are superb! |

i love the sky - that is the first thing that caught my eye. The dark branches make an awesome contrast to the sky. |

Branches at the top are excellent, very good tones. Bottom half is a bit confused and distracts from the top a little. |

interesting perspective. I like the top, but the bottom is very busy. |

Love the top branches SO MUCH that I would have cut off the bottom 2/5ths of the photo entirely! |

This is one of those images where I need to look a few times to gauge my reaction - not necessarily a bad thing. There are a lot of patterns going on, and it feels almost abstract. Interesting. I keep wanting to look. |

Especially the dark branches at the top. |

lookout! theres a killer tre behind you!
great idea, would have been cool if you had of been able to incorporate some more shadow from the branches to tie it in the lower half of the image. but then i guess the tree may loose its overwhelming effect.

Excellent. Nightmarish and scary! Great job with the branch perspective. They seem to be leading me down the path... Not sure if it's a GOOD path... :) |

So cool! I love it! Wow - what a great capture. Very otherworldly. From the thumb I thought it might need more contrast, but now seeing the large image, I think it's fine as it is. |

I can see this as the cover to a scary book. I love the craggy leafless branches. |

I love the top branches, they are perfect. Not so much in love with the rest of the image. It seems tilted to the left and the backgorund is really busy. |

i like the composition a lot in this. the branches on the top look like hands reaching out to the trees. very nice. |
