This is just so perfect, and what a wonderful capture you have here.
I love it when we see water droplets on nature like this, as it really makes the images pop..... |

Congrats on your PB, that 2 in a row! Awesome B&W treatment. I need to work on that skill. I never seem to be able to achieve a good B&W digitally. |

This has "immediate impact" when the piture pops up, in addition to very pleasing balance and duality in the symmetry - patterns and light/dark kinda thing going on. Very crisp focus also adds to that immediate impact. I'd say all of the above contributed to the very nice score, but I've yet to figure out how voters work, so this is just my best guess. |

I gave this a 7 because I didn't understand why it was desaturated. The symmetry is very nice. Congratulations on a terrific score and a new PB! |

This is a great sly, subtle representation of symmetry - and you're right, the bug is what gives it that little extra something. |

way to go! this shot is much more interesting than the top 10, and it's tough to make an interesting shot with symmetry.
p.s. I didn't notice the bug! |

Woo hoo Jayson! Great finish for a great photo. I actually didn't even see the insect, and still voted you an 8. I appreciate the kind comments you left in regard to my photo, but I think this one does show symmetry better - and deserved the higher score. Anyway, very well done! |

Nore contrast maybe? It's almost too grey. But I really like it despite that. Keep up the good work |

I really like this...excellent symmetry. I think that the bug actually takes away from the image and is a bit distracting. 9 |

Great texture, I would like to check out a color version. But the BW looks like a staircase, kinda fools the eye a bit. Nice job! |
