Lovely tree, very boring foreground.
Simple, cut out the boring foreground. |

| I like the light in this, and the color of the dogwood pops out nicely. The large boulder and the log pole add a nice visual touch to bring the viewer into the photo. I do wish the image was a little sharper in the background. Did you use a deep aperture setting? Good luck in the challenge. |

| IMO- Needs a bit of brightening. You are loosing a lot of details of the area that is in the shade. |
