 Edited original image for impurities and some ice floating around in the water. Adjusted contrast, saturation, and so on. Ran through NI. Oversharpened. Applied soft focus filter. Adjusted curves. Resized and applied USM. I work in PSP 8.

Picture taken on Thursday evening at the Mer Bleue Bog. It was abnormally warm on Thursday, we had rain, and fog. Now it's very cold and it started to snow!

i just noticed that you took a pic of this place already. i guess my comment about the missing reflection on the right is just an illusion. because the other pic shows more of whats going on, and there isn't anything going on. you did a fine job.

great tones.. nice image. a bit of a slant to the horizon. makes me want to see what is beyond, or if something might be coming out of the mist.. so it holds my interest. good work!

very impressive. however, one thing is puzzling me. where are the trees that are creating the shadows on the right. they seem to be missing. it throws off the balance created on the left side.

Very haunting image. Composition is quite interesting. More interest could be achieve if some of the bottom part of the composition was cropped off. Reflections in the water is very nice. Beautiful hues of blue in the water.
