The "sticks" are, as a matter of fact, flagpoles without flags. I shot it in the end of the afternoon, from a down poit view, and waited the alignment of as many cars as possible to the flagpoels, in order to create the ilusion that the cars were impaled. In order to make this effect more real, I´ve used a large amount of this incredible blue sky. This trick made the cars and the flagpoles very little, and destroyed the sense of perspective, what became useful to create the purposed ilusion. There are no digital effects - except some little corrections in contrast and bright.

don't know if negative space was the way to go with this...it also looks sort of un-natural with the clouds so low and the deep blue above.... my mind is failing to grasp it. Do not like the overall grainy look of the image.

I like the use of negative space here. However, this would have looked much better if you were able to clean up some of the noise in the sky. 7

Quality seems poor. Nice shot though.

The photo is noisy (grainy) and cars are too small. Would be nice idea for a negative space challenge, here I would like to see a little bit more of the vehicles.

Interesting idea. The sky is pixelated and grainy to the max on this picture. I think the negative space would've been good, if it wasn't so distracting.

Cute. It's a shame you had to enlarge/crop the image so much, it's really pretty grainy, and shows up colour banding and jpeg artifacts quite a lot.

I like the composition and choice of subject matter, though. Mmm, hors auto-doeuvers.

the image is a tad "noisy" it will be better is u had moved in more and capture the image withou using Digital zoom (if u did use it), this will make ur image sharper. However I think the negative space being portrayed is powerful here. like the way U composed it.

Good use of the negative space. I think your photograph have a lot of potential to be a fantastic picture. But, the sky is grainy and perhaps, it was overprocessing. But, just my opinion.

This photo breaks the rules very effectively.
