Challenge: Triptych II (Advanced Editing V*)
Camera: Pentax K100D
Lens: Pentax DA 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AF
Location: Living room
Date: Apr 28, 2007
Aperture: 5.6
ISO: 200
Shutter: 1/8
Galleries: Diptych / Triptych, Floral
Date Uploaded: Apr 29, 2007

Dang, this triptych stuff is harder than I reckoned.

All shots of the same dandy, taken over about 18 hrs. Lighting was natural (window) light and thus poorly controlled... probably my biggest problem for this one. (edit to say - nope, the biggest problem would have been the focus! ;) )

Middle shot looks crappy. Oh well.

A nice concept, but the photos would certainly benefit from some better focus.

This is a good idea, it just seems that the focus is a bit off.

Very good idea for the challenge but missing a bit in clarity. Good color, good clean background.

The middle image seems way too out of focus and distracts form the other images.

A fine subject for a triptych, and I like the black background, but none of the photos are in focus, which spoils your efforts.

a very nice image, but the lack of clarity does not serve this triptych well. some things work well with soft focus, or blur, but this really needs to have something in crisp focus.

perhaps it's how you're saving for dpc? check out the tutorial on that - it really helped me a great deal.

I like your idea - but unfortunately none of the pictures seem to be in focus.
