The line at the bottom of the photo is really distracting, and I find my eyes having a difficult time finding a central focal point with this

I can't really tell what I'm looking at. It almost looks like a muddy ground with water that is reflecting the sky and buildings, but it's all so distracting, I just can't follow it.

Sorry but this shot is just not aesthetically pleasing to me, upside down, reflection in the water too blurry, no real composition going on, flat contrast wise and not pleasing to look at. Meets the challenge though so that is good but I voted a 3 and thought you at least deserved to know why.
