Wow you got more comments after the challenge then during.
This is technically a nice photo. Good lighting and angle. I like the view from the back, Gives it something different.
Subject is crisp and colors are nice.

| It's a technically sound image. The exposure's good, the dof is superb (bit of bokeh going on there, magic) and that's why you got the well deserved high marks. But at the end of the day, it's just a flower shot. For flower shots to evoke lots of response, they need to pack a punch. Either with in-your-face dramatic/mother-of-all bright colour, or with exquisite (perfectly executed) shallow dof/macro. It needs a little something more to grab the viewer's attention and compel them to tell you that they've been absolutely spellbound by your imagery and want to have your baby. |

I love it personally.
It's one of very few photos that just looks 'real', like a i could reach into the photo and touch the flower.
I would of given this an 8. |

| I gave this a 6 during voting. The bokeh in the background is really nice and smooth. The interlocking flowers has a really sweet and gentle quality about it and the intersection of the two stems is really nicely placed at the upper third. The colors are really rich and deep - especially the golden hues of the flower. I think a little more separation of light between the subjects in focus and the background would really make this one stand out much more. Nice work. |

| Not only did you get a 6, but you got a perfect 6.0000. That's pretty nifty! What I like about this is the quiet relationship between the two crossed flowers, the lovely little white ones below, and the "neighborhood gossip" flower in the background keeping such a close eye on the other two. |
