Tough to make "kitchenware" exciting!

Figured this would be the only way to animate things up a bit :O)

My wife was happy - because I actually cleaned something in the kitchen ;O)

Long exposure (10 sec) to get the right look on the spinning mixer.

Lit by 2 flashes & the flourescents in the kitchen. The additional reflections are from the light coming through the kitchen window.

pp:
convert from RAW
crop
cloned out the cord
cloned out a few dust specs
resize
USM
add border
NI
SFW

Not sure what to expect from this challenge... hope this does okay :O)

Ooh, I want one, I want one - the Kitchen Aid, that is, not the ghost! A similar idea to the one I came up with, but didn't enter as however hard I tried, I couldn't get my 30 year old Kenwood Chef to look photogenic! That said, I would never have been able to produce a photograph as good as this, well composed, good choice of exposure, and very well presented.
