Greetings from the Critique Club!
Initial reaction: I like power lines. I know that's a strange reaction, but so many people seem intent on editing them out, and yet here you feature them prominently - I like that. Seems to speak of the power of man, the power of nature.
Technicals: Perhaps a little soft but when dealing with the aforementioned powerlines, it's indeed very difficult to sharpen without making the lines go all jaggy. Lovely light and color, but the border seems just a tad heavy for the shot. Either white, or a thinner black might be more balanced.
Meets challenge - yep, sure does!

Interesting photo. It feels like the power lines and tower are the main subject, but I am immediately pulled to the rainbow. |

Nice capture - Looks a bit soft and the bottom could have done with a bit more cropped off. |
