Shot in the mid-April storm. I hiked the near side of the lake with an umbrella to protect the camera and I from the snow/ice mix that was falling, and crounched under some trees to get this shot, which captures the way the snow was clinging to the landscape.
Editing: Shot in RAW, converted to TIFF, Contrast Masking in PS7, Curves, Hue&Sat, Selective Color, Crop, Resize, Border, USM, Save for Web. |

| Sky a little "blah" for a color photo, you tried popping this one in black and white and upping the contrast maybe a tad? Nice shot anyway. |

| A very beautiful scene and photograph, especially for a such a cold looking scene. The monochromatic color is great, it really gives the photo a certain moodiness. |
