Fantastic first entry! I was one of your 10s. A fav and a 7 from the commenters really tells it all, I'd say. |

i predict there are going to be a hell of a lot of dnmc comments... and rightly so i think, there is no "expanse of land" here, nor can you get away with the interpretation of "it was shot in "landscape" "... this is a |

I don't know what in the hell kind of crazy processing you used on this photo, but I love it! So simple, yet so captivating. |

Well whatever the cause, I must say I don´t care for the "look" of this image, the soft focus or blur on the water just doesn´t appeal to my personal taste. Voted 4. |

Nice. A little too blurry to look at for long, but nice job. I would love this photo if it were a little sharper. 7 |

Very painterly looking scene and a most intriguing photo. Great light and color. Can I nitpick that dark splotch in the upper left corner though? Completely stunning other than that. |

quite abstract. Was the blur done on purpose? or was it an artifact of an HDR attempt? I do like the colors. 6 |

Very cool image. I normally don't like heavy processing that loses the photographic feel, but I would expect to see this image in fine art galleries. You produced a very neutral scene where it could be peaceful solitude, or painful loneliness. I'm curious how much of this is the original photograph? I might like that as much. Anyway, I am compelled to give it a 9. |

Love the image, the compostion and the treatment, but afraid this one just a bit too far to the watery side of my defintion of landscape.
Still, I'd love it on my wall. |
