Unfortunately the power lines take away from the beauty of an otherwise perfect sunset. To make sunset images really snap, you need some foreground interest, like an interesting silhouette. |

Just a sunset - it is really nice in real life, but a bit boring to see it on tons of images: everyone makes hundreds of sunset-photographs... |

Personally I find the 50/50 division between land and sky a bit off, if you had cropped of the bottom of this image and had it more to the rule of thirds it would instantly have appealed a lot more to me. |

There are better sunset shots, and the rule of thirds has been ignored. Potentially better, but nothing original I'm afraid. |
