 Wasn't sure what my plan was, just set up my lights and tried a few things. Honestly I like the first image much better and was going to do it on it's own but decided it wasn't "hair" enough and decided to add in the second photo. That one I just got on a whim. I wasn't going to do the hair flip thing thinking everyone would and did it for fun. But the hair turned out so well I had to use it. I tried to duplicate that look with the hair all around to get a better facial expression and for the life of me could not do it again. I have no idea how I flipped my head that one time because all the others the hair just went straight up instead of all around!

Hope this does well. I'm quite fond of it though I've been meaning to try and get away from self portraits... I just don't have any models as patient with me as me... lol.

love the free look, not so keen on the straight hair down the face as there doesnt show the same texture to it.

I was almost tempted to say that these images need a little brightening up.... but I think I actually like them a little dark like this. The desaturated grays and browns are kind of cool. The lighting is utterly stunning; the focus superb. Excellent shots!

I would prefer just the 2nd photo. As it is, I really think you need a border between the 2 photos.
