Lovely! This is splendid - with the glow of the city off in the distance, nestled in a surrounding of soft, cold white and gray. Very beautiful!

I really like the lighting tone of this photo. However compositionally, its not really that eye catching. I really like the contrast of the winter woods with the city lights in the background. Maybe try having the winter woods in 2/3 of the frame instead of 1/2.

A good rule to follow is to always ensure your horizon is level and not on a slight tilt

Great timing for the shot.. you can still see the trees and its dark enough to capture the city lights! .. imo there is too much sky (empty space) in the shot, kind of kills the beautiful shot that you have here! - 6
