Look at er with her Canon!! :) Your wife makes a nice model! You should use her more often (she sure doesn't) :) |

Closer would be better but I do like the color of the wall. Great expression. |

That's one hell of a modelling couch. Very funky looking, makes for a great casual portrait like this. A wonderful composition - the height really works well. Interesting energy to the whole thing. Though lovely just as is, I'm picturing a white furry thing like a sheepskin at the foot of the couch and disappearing out of frame, giving another sense of texture. |

It is difficult to make a pose to look natural but you did a great job. The image looks a bit purple on my monitor tho ;)
I recognise that sofa from a challenge ;) |

Woah this is fantastic. That lavender background just sets her off. I like the angular position she's in. Works with the curve of the couch. NICE JOB. |

All of the purples and blues in this pic are awesome! I love your couch, too...very unique. And I think the crop is great, the extra head room lets the color almost take over. |

Love the camera on the arm of the couch & that purple wall definitely brightens up the shot. Very nice :) |

Umm - it looks like you may have some purple fringing going on here... ;)
This may be posed, but it still has a little bit of an environmental feel to it & I like the way we get to glimpse Aimee as photographer / friend / (your) spouse / an everyday person, rather than as a screen-name... nicely done sir!

Nice! Closer up would be great too, but I can see why you chose this distance from which to shoot; the curving lines in that sofa add such a nice flow to the image. And I do like the posed yet natural feel to this. |

This is beautiful! I love this picture. The colors are so awesome to enhance the look. It looks just the right amount of posed. Like "guided candid".
I love it that her camera is in the picture too. Kind of an environmental portrait :) |
