I'm obviously not getting the tribute aspect of this nor the point about pink being manly but I like the unusual composition with the heaviness of the painted arrow anchoring the bottom of the frame and the small, strange detail of the fallen biker and bike in the background, above.

Yeah, cool idea. The arrow on the bottom makes it! Next time try to improve contrast a little bit.

I don't know who is Dig, but anyway despite the simplicity of the picture I find it very interesting, there is a balance between the arrow being on the left and the other subjects on the right that I find very pleasant.
