 Walnut Street Walking Bridge viewed from Coolidge Park. It's one of the oldest existing bridges across the river in Chattanooga and was closed to traffic sometime in the late 60's(?) and unused for several years. It was being considered for demolition when one of the local historical societies got it listed on the historical registery. They then raised the funds to referbish the bridge and convert it for pedestrian use. There are several festivals held on/near the bridge every year, including "Wine over Water" and "Riverbend".

Enjoyed the history on this bridge and enjoyed the shot even more. Lights are doing good.
