| Okay, you are freaking me out... this is like a dream I had one time where an alien stretched my head all out of whack and I couldn't get it to go back and everyone made fun of me at school. LOL |

| I duplicated the layer lots of times, flipped some of them, and then tiled them. Following that I merged the layers so they were all on a single plane. I then used the Transform>Distort tool to give a skewed perspective, and also did a little rotate. I then duplicated that and flipped it horizontally, reducing the opacity too. Then I just did curves, levels, etc :) |
