 I went with my son down to Reykjarvik city center this morning, in order to feed the birds. When we got there these two bikes were lying in the pond and I decided to shoot them.

On editing:
Healing brush on some sensor/lens dust, Selective color, Hue/Saturation, Curves, Color Balance and Sharpen.

This will be my first entry to DPChallenge, and I must say that I don't expect much. I just want to try this challenge system.

I kinda like the composition. The basket is definitely a focus point. And the concept of bicycles submerged in water is eerie.

i've seen scenes like this before. people thats trashing theyr stuff into the river. makes me sad. so sad.

Reminds me of the time I used to watch the Bicycle boat with my granny in the Amsterdam Canals. They pulled a couple of hundred bicycles from the water, amazing. Nice compo, thete is perhaps a tad too much blue/purple in the tone (too cool whitebalance).

cool. i like how you executed this idea. its obvious enough to be able to tell its in water, but its more subtle. good job.
