Unfortunately, here the counter light adds to general overcrowdiness. Closer look on the smelling could help.

the composition is off - the heads of the silhouettes should have a light background.

Nice photo, but it's missing the cardinal element of photography...Simplicity! (I should know considering how many times I've "messed up" on this issue.) IMHO you could "sell" the concept better by taking another photo as a close-up on one of the boughs focusing on a single bloom. This particular photo could be improved by cropping out the right third of the photo (delete the two guys,) and by placing the lower right corner of the photo just behind & lower than the lady's heel with the upper left corner on the current sideline just outisde the "sky-opening" in the bough...IMHO. Hope that helps somehow! Cheers for your love of photography! :)
