Taken on one of the first nice days of spring (actually, the day before spring). I wnet out at lunchtime with my camera, looking for things to photograph. I started taking pictures of the blossoms on the trees and then notices a lot of bees flying around. I spent a lot of time waiting for a bee to get in the perfect position. One never did, so this is the best I've got That day. I took very few photos this month, and it turns out that this is the best I got all month.

I'm too lazy to look up the Latin right now, but I like the DOf, pastel spring colors and composition, and the movement in the bee's wing.

Right then, joke's on me as I now have to plough through 564 images and bump them all (yes, all of them) up. There'll be a third run through for fine tuning. It's day two now and I'm running late, sorry.

Hie thee to an apiary! 6

This is a nice shot but the blurred flower in the foreground seems to be blocking the flower in focus. Had it been shot at a slightly different angle this could probably been corrected.
