Digitally enhanced. Taken in 2003 in New Orleans. Tribute to Katrina victims. Don't know if she is still alive or not?
Title of this photograph is also something very personal to me, like rehab.
Notice media up top left and to her back, pictures of Oprah and Barak Obama. Just a pun on how media is powerful these days, especially digital photography.

Hi, and welcome to DPC.
I'm guessing there are two problems with this entry, both of which could result in it being disqualified: it was taken outside the challenge dates and it looks like you pasted parts of other pictures in the upper left corner.
Other than in challenges with "expert" editing rules, you're not allowed to combine more than one shot in your entry.
Don't worry too much about it - just take it as learning how DPC works and keep entering. :) |

| As with Jeff, I still can't work out how this fits in with the challenge. On a more important note, the photo should actually be disqualified because it was not taken within the week following the challenge anouncement. The challenges are just that, a challenge to the members to produce a photo that meets a specific criteria in a short and defined space of time. |
