It's a very cool statue in Marietta, GA on Terrell Mill Rd. just west of I-75. There is also a knight battling the beast but I had to crop him for the sake of composition - he's very cool too. I will probably revisit this spot for a future challenge for a technique where I know what I'm doing. Thanks for your comment. Steve

| Where did you find that? I love it! I'm going to have to visit that spot just to examen the craftsmenship on the dragon. Maybe if I take enough notes I can replicate it. |

| out of focus... particularly 'contrasty' as well but I bet there are some excellent photo opportunities in this one :) |

| Woah. This looks like a scene out of a movie with special effects. I assume this is a sculpture, those are funky reflections. Wish both front feet were in the frame and the dragon had a bit more room around him, would give more of a feeling he was about to take off. I'f afraid your attempt at soft focus just looks too much like out of focus. |
