 I was trying for an image that represented the everyday occurrence of a cork having been removed from a wine glass.

But at the same time I was trying to introduce some symbolism.

I hope I have achieved both.

Cute idea, but the humor really fails me here. Visually uninteresting and boring; Lighting is harsh and the wine/blood gives me a hangover. Doesn't look like you put much effort into it. I want to get away from this picture like I do with an overbearing drunk at a party.

Right then, joke's on me as I now have to plough through 564 images and bump them all (yes, all of them) up. There'll be a third run through for fine tuning.
