Infinity symbol is caused by lens flare on a mirror lens. Instead of the usual donut bokeh, it causes here a double donut flare.

I like how you used what could be seen as a potential "negative" (chromatic aberration) to your advantage with a clever title!

Right then, joke's on me as I now have to plough through 564 images and bump them all (yes, all of them) up. There'll be a third run through for fine tuning.
