Has a very Japanese horror movie feel (I know Ghost in the Shell is anime) but this just screams The Ring to me, I LOVE it, very very creepy...and yes you got ROBBED badly, this should have been at least top ten...IMO

I'm not quite sure what this photo is showing, maybe a spinning saw blade? Either that or it seems there's a shell in the ghost. Cool anime movie though.
