There doesn't seem to be anything in focus here & it looks like you were fixing the background, but there's a bunch of discoloration on the right.. |

I'm surprised bamboo doesn't show up more in challenges because it's photogenic in my opinion. Here, more depth of field would increase the amount of focus in the photo. |

What a cool idea! Nothing really seems in focus though - I need to work on that too... lol. keep trying - it gets better with every challenge entry...5 |

A low score from me for a couple of reasons. As far as I can tell there's not one piece of this that is in focus. Doesn't really fit the theme, either (spiral is not necessarily a synonym for spinning). |

too blurry and grainy, use a slower ISO and a better shot... |

Photo is either grainy or you added too much noise |

Creative approach however this does appear to be lacking some focus. I can't really see what the camera autofocused on if anything to be honest.
There is a lot of noise that does distract from this image as well.
The colors are nice and well saturated. The shape of the bamboo does create visual interest.
The challenge: Certainly a unique take on this challenge. While there is isn't actually motion in this capture, the shape of the bamboo creates a sort of visual movement throughout the frame thus meeting the challenge nicely. |

Nice angle, would like more if sharper image, less grainy |

Nice idea, but I don't get the poor focus and grainy feel |

good, unusual angle on the subject, but your picture is a bit blurry, and the white background seems empty rather than artistic. |

To be totally honest, nice composition, but lack of a clear focal point. |

Here again... even though you have a beautiful and colorful presentation this snake bamboo is twisted but not spinning... JMHO |
