| the billboard was designed to create this effect. you didn't discover it with your camera. However, capturing those two police vehicles like that adds a whole new dimension to it. 8 |

| My eyes are immediately drawn to...well, the eyes. My first thought would be to make it B&W except for the two cop cars and the eyes billboard. It'd give it a big brother feel. Very well done! |

I do love this!! I hope it places high! Exactly what I would have thought of for this challenge...so fitting. What a great shot with all the colors too, you must have a pretty fantastic camera. Mine blurs out a bit.
One thing is it probably would have been better with less road under there. Angeled a bit higher it would have shown the top of those buildings and used less space below on nothing.

| Nice job. It's hard to get a city scape with so much going on to look like it has good composition and some focus. I really like the eyes on the center screen! Grabbed my attention right awat. |
