Hmmm... my first thought when I looked at this was that it's so grainy! Reading your comments that it was an outtake for the Grain/Noise challenge.... lol

I like the natural progression across the photo, the dock is taking my eyes right out to the boats. While it might be a little dark, I agree with the previous comments that say it has a timeless feel to it!

I do agree with other that grain works so well here, love the blue tones too, very good perspective and reflection. Overall excellent one.

I think this is wonderful, looks like an old UK seaside postcard from around 1950's Devon area.Beautiful reflection and stillness, lovely.
