| soft lighting, soft focus. Perhaps odd for such a sharp smell. Since the composition is in this close I'd like to seee more detail. - better light better focus. |

| DOF - and I doubt that onions have a scent. Smell yes, but scent no. |

| Taking a slice out of the onion works well for this challenge. |
