Definately multiple sources of light. A difficult to shot to capture with it being so dark and bright at the same time. You have details in the shadows and somewhat details in parts of the highlights. You have some hot spots but I think in this case its acceptable considering the sources of lights. I'm still trying to figure out how you got the mirrored image effect without post processing. Mirrors maybe? I would really like to know.
I like the sepia tones in this image, works really well here.
