| Center compositions are usually not very popular, but having the bowl at the intersection of the colorful mats make it far more interesting. The bowl is clear and sharp, and the popcorn is, well, clearly popcorn. Has a fairly abstract feel. |

Jigsaw placemats? Huh.
Well, you definitely have a good subject choice there, although the top-down angle really isn't doing much for me personally. I do like the colours as a point of interest, but it does sort of approach 'too busy'; you might have been better off sticking with two colours instead of four. |

| why the coloured background? I think the shape and texture of the popcorn is interesting enough to have gotten in close to it and really put that in our face without any extraneous features to the shot, like the coloured mats. |

| abstract with popcorn. hmmmmm....like the colors of the BG. I thinkg the clear bowl might have been replaced with a solid color of your choice, I would chose orance myslf. Composition might have been better with the bowl anywhere else but in the center. |

| A nice idea and the idea of using the foam blocks that interlock is a good idea to provide some color but for some reason I just can't understand why this doesn't appeal to me more. I think it's a bit bright overall and the colors could pop a lot more and the popcorn looks rather plain, like it's missing butter? Started with a 3, am moving to a 5 |

| Just not conveying the aromas for me. Too simple and then not enough colour saturation on the floor mats. Uneven symmetry |

hahaha....nice mats....$9.99 at Sam's club if I remember right!!!!! I matted my patio with these for my kid to play on!
Things I like: well, duh, the mats,,,,they add some color.
Things I don't like: I don't like how everything is centered. rule of thirds might have worked better here. try centering the glass dish on one of the colors and having the other three come to a point at the edge of the bowl. the mats are dirty and I can see it. |

| Not bad, but a little too sterile. Try shooting from a lower angle so the mound of popcorn is visible in the bowl, and fill the frame from that perspective. |

| IMHO this is pretty boring. A bowl of popcorn shot from above. Maybe if you spilled some around the bowl or had the bowl filled to the top it would caused more interest. (?) |

| Rather flat looking. Probably the angle. A bit of contrast may have helped. |
