It does make my head hurt a bit.
Great expression, intense feeling. I would score it higher, if not for the blue light (if that is what it is). I find it very distracting, and it takes my eye from the intricacy of your portrait. |

It looks too blown out to me. I think thats the submitters choice though rather than any technical problem.
