Nice focus on the eyes, but I don't likek the treatment you did to the rest of the picture. I'm not certain what it is. Some sort of burning or desaturation. Or maybe you just brighten the center.

Gorgeous child - but she's got quite the yellow cast to her skin and even the whites of her eyes.

Tough to vote a child photo with some of the top ones but this has an appeal to it that is captivating...good use of the light/shadow composition...8
