Sports setting
A dim indoor soccer "Dome" makes getting a clear photo of moving runners difficult. I could have choosen one of my crisper shots but enjoyed the movement in this one. The grain challenge also gave me the chance to explore my interest in altered imagery. Using grain or noise is not a tool I use or understand to enhance or help a caption. Raising the ISO to the maximum setting and combining it with the blur created by panning my shot was the best I could come up within deadline. I usually "light sharpen" my submissions with PhotoStudio 5 but used simply "sharpen" which gave me a slightly more grain texture. At work I use an old easy to use photoshop software. I had to make a dozen attempts in order to get the right size and pixel from my free software.

Extraordinary image - but you'll be hammered for entering it in this challenge I fear. make it black and white, too - it will emphasise the sense of motion without the distraction of the colours.
