Didn't really change much. Modified the color a bit, and brightened a touch. Cropped tighter so girl would become more of a focus point.

I've done this gag a lot in my life, so I thought it would make a good pic. Love the contrasts in facial expressions. Can't choreograph that.

Shot at aperature priority. Didn't want the image to freeze completely, wanted to keep a little motion so I shot the fastest interlace scan mode rate instead of moving to progressive scan.

Really entered this pic to prove a point about the Propaganda challenge. It's not really a very good capture, really just a high quality snap-shot, yet it almost scored as well my Progranda image!

But it's straight forward. Nothing subtle here, bright colors, and meets the challange very well.

It's really not that I think this photo deserved worse, it's just that I think "Road Signs Never Lie" deserved so much better. This entry really shows that Road Signs was in fact "hammered" by voters thinking that it didn't meet "their" criteria of what propaganda is and in that case, isn't.

Anyway, I proved my point ( I think), so I'm finally moving on.

I almost missed the the fact someone is about to get a rude awakening:) Kids! You gotta love em:) Nice action shot...but so much going on behind the young man, you almost miss the true premise of the shot.could this have been taken from another angle? one with less distractions. hope this helped, good luck!

If i´b a member i+d give you 10 for this photo.

Lovely spontanious shot - great frozen moment. The centre composition is not bad in this image, because you managed to frame it so the boy's head is between the two windows. Few of my suggestions would include fixing the greenish cast on his skin and maybe using a polarizing filter to avoid distracting window reflections. Otherwise well done.

Very good picture.

The title should have been. "Suprise Sis ! " or " look out below" or something like that.

I think it would have drawn more attention to the girl being suprised. But very nice job

Yes it is and the person who is in the pool is in for a bit of a shock but to me they are already preparing for the splash with the closed, scrunched eyes. This is a decent stop action shot and the look of "YEAHAW!" on his face is very well done. The cropping could be a bit tighter on the sides, taking out the distracting signs and the bright sun in the upper left. A 5

Doesn't say surprise to me. I would have tried a tighter crop on the sides. Too many things competing for attention.

Very humorous. That girl is in for quite a surprise! I think this shot would be just incredible if it had some depth of field. As it stands, it is just good.

This just screams to be a vertical frame! if you had cropped a whole bunch of each side to elongate it, it would make a huge difference! :) I also think black and white would work best, the colors seem to clash.
Nice set up, very comical! Excellent action shot!
