I think it should've score higher. Expanding on comments, below, maybe a cutout circular halo around the face with the face being smaller, and titled "Circle me". The composition is good, location of subject and including some partial circles. |

Certainly original, I like the way you have isolated the head as another circle but for me the spots on his face distract - good luck |

Oh gosh. This photo reminds me of John de Lancie's character Q from Star Trek (various series..) Very serious sometimes but a hidden smirk not far from the surface. I like how you balanced the playfulness of dots with a serious expression - I think it works well. |
