 Used auto WB and S2 (slide) film sim for capture. Underexposed 1 stop, 6.7@ ISO 200, 1sec. 18mm.
Opened in Graphic Converter, Brightness +59, Contrast +28, Sized in 500 pix steps to 640 wide. Save for upload.
This is my favorite lake to shoot. It is about 1 mile to the far side, and the sun sets there. This makes it excellent for getting wide or telephoto shots. The cattails are a little soft because of the slight movement in the breeze. The spot at the top is Venus, and there is a gator floating in the water in the center. This was shot the same night as the "Evening Star" image.

Nice colours. Could perhaps have lost a little more of the bottom to put the horizon more on the 'third'. otherwise nice capture.

really more orange than red (at least on my monitor, but a cool sunset nonetheless. nice composition and like the sillouettes of the marshgrass. has the feel of a japanese print. - 6
