 The title is taken from a Red Hot Chili Pepper's song. Photo taken on a beautiful day in Southern California at Ocean Beach - temp in the mid 70's. This challenge was great. Didn't know there was so much 'red' until I started looking for it.

Minor saturation and contrast adjustment
Slight crop and rotation to level horizon

i like the composition with the presence of the surfer.

I like the pic but think the sign and red spot in the water where distracting. I think you would have had stronger image if they either tied into the story or were left out.
