 A red and white buoy was stranded on a shoreline rock during high tide, and was later photographed as a wave slammed into another nearby rock sending sea spray flying high into the air. Taken near Port Orford, Oregon.

Now if this were Red Minimalism id say you ribboned... otherwise your pushing the envelope. Id rather lick the envelope just for the taste!

not only is there almost no red in this photo, but it is not the subject...therefore the viewer almost misses the red buoy because chiefly of the wave and splash

Good balance between the rock with the bouy and the breaking wave. Might look nicer with some late evening or morning light.

I think the bouy is not prominent enough and you have a seascape rather than anemphisis on red
