Okay to respond to everyone's wish of no foreground observers...my thoughts were this:

I didn't want to simply take a photograph of statues. I wanted to tell more of a story. I wanted the viewer to observe, observers who are in fact contemplating the meaning of this red man. He is red, hoofed, I bet you get the picture. The white skeleton represents man and his mortality. The black clothed man represents death and is a boundary or intermediary between mortal man and the seemingly placid Satanic character. I wanted the foreground viewers, young women, to appear caught up and perhaps confused based on their postures.

I actually kind of wanted to go with this one instead..

Great -0 did not vote. But you made this much better by including the observers. Not only did you enrich the photo with the extra green, but you also converted it from being a mere record of someones art to your own creative work.

So well photographed, the red man, the white man and the shadow; but I too wish less of the observers, just the one in the hat without the white thingy. (And to crop the white thingy you'd lose the hoof, alas ars longa). Still stunning, glad to have seen.

If the photo were just of the guy in red, minus the women in the foreground, this would be the blue ribbon winner IMO.

A very cool and funky photograph. I like the the foreground observers, but I wish they were less dominant and more complimentary to the mannequins(they are the stars of this photo afterall).

the cloven hoof is a coup de grace. this seems to be two people viewing an exhibit that I would really like to see.
