Ha! Clever. It's tough to tell where the focus is, because the girl is blurred by the ice itself. I'm assuming you focused on the nude girl since the tree and photographer are out of focus. Still giving it an 8.

Great idea. I would have maybe moved the "tree" a bit out of the way to separate the photographers head from the base (as they're both brown).
