I love the lighting you used on this to highlight only the face and let everything else fall to black. The one thing I notice on a technical point is the eyes - I wish they were sharper. Looks like the focal point ended up on the tip of the nose and a little softness fell into the area of the eyes.
Nice score and another great finish. Well done! :D |

Great photo. 2 minor suggestions. I would have probably used a little fill reflector on the cheek/chin area so it doesn't just disappear into the black. Also, in your post processing, just a slight whitening if the eyes would really make them pop more. Overall I think this is a great picture. Well done.

I love the image, but still don't know what SLC means (to me it was a description of a MB car!:)) - 9 |

I am not buying slc as an acronym...If I was a client, you would not get the job...
You would however get a sale, because this is gorgeous... |

Not sure what SLC stands for, but technically this photo is sound. Especially love the lighting, the way his faces drifts off to black. Great expression too. 8 |

sad little clown? I've never heard the acronym, but you did a good enough job with the photo that most people could deduce, I think. Wonderful lighting! |

Great effects with the black backgound, white face, and red nose. But what is "SLC"? (sad lonely clown?) |
